Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical
- solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand client business goals and technical challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct site visits, evaluations, and technical assessments as needed.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead generation.
- Participate in contract negotiations, providing technical insights and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products, solutions, and technologies.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies to provide strategic input.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product development and marketing teams.
- Work closely with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements and innovation.
- Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and documentation for internal and customer use.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project milestones using CRM tools.
