Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager - Commercial Interiors. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive business development initiatives, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders and contractors and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, achieving set sales targets, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the design and project teams to meet client requirements. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with clients to provide tailored interior solutions for commercial spaces.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management
  • Knowledge of commercial interior design, space planning, and fit-outs
  • Excellent negotiation, proposal preparation, and contract management skills
  • Proven project management and coordination abilities
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong network inreal estate, architecture, or interior designsectors preferred.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the commercial interiors or real estate sector is highly advantageous
