Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (Corporate, Travel Agents, OTA, Groups)
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and client meetings
- Build and maintain a strong client database
- Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maximize room revenue, occupancy, and average rate (ARR)
- Promote hotel services, packages, and offers
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and contracts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Provide inputs for sales strategy and business planning
- Identify potential market segments and opportunities
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and F&B for bookings and events
- Ensure smooth execution of group bookings and corporate stays
- Work closely with revenue and operations teams
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
- Update CRM systems and sales trackers
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Good knowledge of hotel sales and revenue concepts
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in hotel sales
- Knowledge of local market and corporate segment preferred
