Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in the agriculture inputs sector, focusing on crop protection and crop nutrition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of the agricultural industry, strong communication skills, and a creative marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote crop protection and crop nutrition products.

2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

4. Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media posts.

5. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and retailers.

6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, agriculture, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the agriculture or agribusiness sector.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.

5. Knowledge of crop protection and crop nutrition products is a plus.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.

7. Ability to travel as needed.
