Job Description

One of Our Client looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in Aviation, Insurance, NBFC, Real Estate, or any strong B2B sales experience. If you're driven by results, love building relationships, and thrive in dynamic environments.

Experience: 2 Years - 4 Years

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and market reach.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
  • Set clear sales goals, define territories and quotas, and review performance regularly.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for a unified customer journey.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Handle key client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Aviation, Insurance, NBFC, Real Estate, or any B2B Sales domain.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
