Key Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for a unified customer journey.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Handle key client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums.
