Job Description

Report to the Healthcare Assurance Director, India, and lead the development of relationships with Indian API manufacturers to promote Eurofins and organize shared audits.
Drive Indian business development by creating business plans and strategies to attract new customers focusing on auditing, sales of reports from the Library, training, advisory, and consulting services.
Manage key API manufacturer accounts to position Eurofins audit and Healthcare services effectively, including shared audits, NDA management, report and CAPA management, and sales of reports to new clients.
Oversee key account management to understand clients auditing, training, and advisory needs, and cross-sell other Eurofins services.
Attract and grow Indian accounts while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Understand the business model and value proposition, refining them with operational and delivery teams.
Develop sales and marketing presentations, tools, and materials promoting Healthcare Assurance services across auditing, certification, training, and advisory/consulting verticals.
Liaise across Eurofins business lines to maximize cross-selling opportunities, especially with the Bio Pharma Testing Business Line.
Keep updated with industry developments through events, networking, and associations; represent Eurofins at industry forums, roundtables, and speaking opportunities.
Support development of new services based on upcoming regulations in India and neighboring countries.
Collaborate with country business line leaders and managers to implement global and local business strategies.
Represent Eurofins Healthcare Assurance in the industry as needed.
Drive profitable growth, cost control, and enhance client relationships through professional support and customer care.
Promote thought leadership on compliance and integrity to elevate Eurofins profile with customers, industry bodies, and stakeholders.
Participate in new product development and launch activities, coordinating with marketing teams.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements.
