Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve designated targets, leading and managing a sales team to drive business growth, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, and reviewing performance metrics to develop data-driven action plans. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements is also a key part of this role.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proven expertise in team leadership, motivation, and performance management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including CRM software
- Experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
