Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Drive sales through various channels, including direct marketing, DSA management, and channel handling.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers for various loan products, including business loans, personal loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), mortgage loans, and gold loans.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive market visits and engagement with potential clients.
Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation to the successful disbursement of funds.
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of all customer queries and issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A dynamic team player with a proven track record in sourcing and processing loan applications.
Experience in field sales via DST/Direct Sales Through Sales Officers, DSAs, and Connectors is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to handle at least 2-3 of the following loan products: Business Loans, Personal Loans, Salaried Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Gold Loans.
