About the job:

Role: Sales Manager- HCA (Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh)

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Sales

Qualification: B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering) / B.Sc

Experience: 7+ years in sales of medical devices or hospital consumable & accessories

Note: We are looking for candidates working with Medical Device industry

Role Purpose

Purpose of the Role

Drive sustainable growth of the Hospital Consumables & Accessories (HCA) business across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh by maximizing installed base conversion, expanding market penetration across government and private hospitals, and building a predictable annuity revenue stream through disciplined commercial execution and strong channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own HCA revenue targets, forecasting, and consumption growth across the region
  • Maximize conversion of installed devices into consistent consumables and accessories usage
  • Build, manage, and enable high‑performing sales channel partners with accountability for sales, coverage, and collections
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision‑makers in government and private healthcare accounts
  • Ensure pricing discipline, discount control, and adherence to commercial governance
  • Drive integrated selling of Devices, HCA, Service, and Academy offerings
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities including tenders, rate contracts, and institutional partnerships
  • Track secondary sales, pipelines, and consumption trends to ensure business predictability
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams for demand generation and market development
  • Ensure strong commercial hygiene including timely collections, inventory control, and field performance reviews

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: B.Tech (Biomedical) / B.Sc. (Science) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience in same industry is mandatory.
