Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. In this role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role includes developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and conducting negotiations. The Sales Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Analytical skills for identifying market trends, assessing data, and strategizing sales approaches
- Knowledge of adhesives, coolants, rust preventive solutions, and specialized industrial products
- Experience coordinating with internal teams to meet customer expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in industrial sales or a similar domain is a plus
