Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role specializing in Secondary Sales, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee secondary sales transactions, build and manage client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. They will conduct market research, manage real estate portfolios, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure sales opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will ensure compliance with real estate regulations and work toward achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Primary Sales:10 Openings
Secondary Sales :05 openings
Salary : 4 LPA to 8 LPA
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations
- Proven expertise in Real Estate, Real Property transactions, and market analysis
- Experience in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in real estate software or CRM tools is considered an advantage
