Develop and implement strategies that helps in growth of transactions / engagement with the existing customer base using the CRM database.
• Connect with our customers to increase in revenue by selling Organization Essentials / Product Exchanges / Cross Sales of products
• Develop cross-channel partners, digital platforms and use them for customer engagement. • Start the customer loyalty program
• Experience & Education Required: B2B Sales Experience is required and Degree.
