Job Description

Grand Continent Hotels, a leading hospitality group in India, is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a strong market presence through innovative sales strategies and outstanding service. We are looking for a Sales Manager for our newly opened Gurgaon Hotel

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and meet sales goals
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt sales tactics accordingly
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Knowledge of the Indian hospitality market dynamics
  • Graduate / post graduation in sales & marketing
  • Preferred
  • Experience with digital marketing tools
  • Fluency in multiple English & Hindi languages
  • Previous experience in hotel chain management
