An Interior Sales Manager is responsible for generating interior design project sales, managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the design and execution teams to convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-in clients.
- Meet potential clients and explain interior design services and solutions.
- Convert leads into confirmed interior design projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Consultation
- Understand client requirements for residential or commercial interiors.
- Provide design suggestions, material options, and budget guidance.
- Present proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients.
3. Coordination with Design Team
- Work closely with interior designers to prepare layouts and proposals.
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to the design and execution teams.
4. Project Sales Closure
- Negotiate pricing and finalize project agreements.
- Follow up with clients to close deals and maintain relationships.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of interior design services (modular kitchen, wardrobes, turnkey interiors, etc.)
- Sales closing ability
- Client handling and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of interior materials and pricing
Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years experience in interior sales / real estate sales / home décor sales.
