Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The individual will be responsible for leading franchise sales initiatives, developing and implementing effective business plans, managing the franchise acquisition process, and maintaining strong communication with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads to identify new franchise opportunities, while ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with a proven track record of successful franchise development
- Strong skills in Business Planning to develop and execute effective growth strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage and negotiate with potential franchisees
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and managing sales pipelines
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify and target growth opportunities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working in franchise sales or a similar role is an advantage
