We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, perfect for someone who excels at building relationships and driving business growth in the aesthetic dermatology space.

What You Will Do

Drive sales and revenue growth through reference clients, local tie-ups, and proactive client relationship management.

Build and maintain strong networks to encourage patient referrals and repeat visits.

Oversee the client sales journey, ensuring smooth coordination from initial consultation to service delivery.

Monitor performance metrics, track daily revenue targets, and maintain operational efficiency.

Uphold the clinic's quality standards and ensure maximum client satisfaction at every step.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare industry.

Strong existing network of reference clients, tie-ups, or partnerships within the Kolkata market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.

Deep understanding of aesthetic clinic operations and the customer experience journey.
