Role OverviewWe are hiring a Sales Manager who has experience in e-waste recycling / ITAD / electronics / IT / OEM / enterprise B2B sales. The ideal candidate must already understand corporate procurement, sustainability/ESG teams, OEM buy-back programs, IT disposal, or scrap management.
Your mission is to increase corporate accounts, OEM tie-ups, and recurring e-waste procurement volumes while maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across corporates, IT companies, OEMs, manufacturing units, industrial parks, IT parks, banks, and data centers.
- Build healthy pipelines using cold calling, field visits, networking, references, LinkedIn and corporate associations.
- Pitch GNR's services: e-waste recycling, ITAD, secure data destruction, reverse logistics, CSR/EPR support.
- Set meetings with procurement heads, sustainability teams, IT heads, admin, facility managers and plant heads.
- Conduct site audits and asset evaluations to provide accurate quotes to clients.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and close high-value contracts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat supply and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain records in CRM and report weekly on field activities, opportunities and competition.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and procurement targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile- Minimum 38 years of B2B sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in E-waste / ITAD / Electronics / IT Hardware / OEM / Industrial scrap procurement / Facility management services / ESG solutions.
- Existing network in corporates, OEMs, manufacturing units, IT parks or industrial zones is a big plus.
- Good understanding of corporate procurement, vendor onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Strong negotiation, closing and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales + travel.
Education- Any graduate/MBA preferred (not mandatory if strong experience in the same industry/network).
