Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. The role involves meeting sales targets, leading a sales team, preparing performance reports, and contributing to the growth of the company's client portfolio and revenue. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications:-

  • Proven experience in IT sales or Digital Marketing sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions including Web Development, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing services
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategic business plans
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in managing client accounts and delivering tailored digital/IT solutions is highly preferred
  • Willingness to visit clients for meetings, presentations, and closures
