Job Overview

Seeking an experienced PCD Sales Manager to scale and strengthen our pharmaceutical franchise (PCD) business. The role focuses on onboarding high-quality PCD partners, driving regional sales growth, managing channel performance, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Channel Expansion

  • Identify, onboard, and manage PCD franchise partners across assigned territories
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand distribution networks and enter new markets

Sales Performance & Target Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Track franchise partner performance and provide ongoing guidance to improve sales outcomes

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PCD partners, doctors, chemists, and distributors
  • Resolve partner queries and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market feedback
  • Recommend territory-wise sales strategies and support new product launches

Qualifications & Experience

  • 37 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PCD / Franchise Sales Management

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution networks and PCD business models
  • Ability to lead, guide, and motivate sales teams and channel partners
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
