Seeking an experienced PCD Sales Manager to scale and strengthen our pharmaceutical franchise (PCD) business. The role focuses on onboarding high-quality PCD partners, driving regional sales growth, managing channel performance, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Channel Expansion
- Identify, onboard, and manage PCD franchise partners across assigned territories
- Develop and execute strategies to expand distribution networks and enter new markets
Sales Performance & Target Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Track franchise partner performance and provide ongoing guidance to improve sales outcomes
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PCD partners, doctors, chemists, and distributors
- Resolve partner queries and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market feedback
- Recommend territory-wise sales strategies and support new product launches
Qualifications & Experience
- 37 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PCD / Franchise Sales Management
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution networks and PCD business models
- Ability to lead, guide, and motivate sales teams and channel partners
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
