Job Description


We are now looking for a Strategic Business Development Executive (Farming) to join our client success team. If you're passionate about building long-term relationships, love solving problems, and have experience in the test prep or coaching space, we'd love to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts (coaching centers, institutes, test prep partners)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, queries, and support
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and ongoing value
  • Conduct regular client meetings, feedback sessions, and engagement reviews
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and account expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech, content, product) to resolve client issues
  • Track usage, engagement metrics, and escalate risks proactively
  • Educate clients on new features, product improvements, and best practices
  • Document all interactions, follow-ups, and client feedback in CRM tools

Key Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success
  • Prior experience in the EdTech, coaching, test prep, or education services industry preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

Preferred Qualities

  • Empathetic and relationship-oriented personality
  • Strong understanding of test prep markets (JEE/NEET/UPSC/SSC etc.)
  • A proactive learner and collaborative team player
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Location: Noida (On-Site)

Working Days: 5 (Mon-Fri)
