Job Title: Sales Manager – Fire Alarm System

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra / Ahmedabad, Gujarat (1 position each)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Manager – Fire Alarm System, with openings in Mumbai, Maharashtra (1 Position) and Ahmedabad, Gujarat (1 Position).

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, preparing and presenting techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets.

The role also involves coordinating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction, analyzing market trends, and conducting periodic sales performance reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Fire Alarm / Fire Safety / Security Systems Sales / CCTV / Fire Doors. Only relevant industry candidates should apply.

• Strong experience in sales and business development, including strategy planning and target achievement

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Good understanding of fire alarm systems, fire detection technologies, and safety standards

• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for proposal submissions and client meetings

• Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred ( Not Compulsory ).

• Prior experience in the fire safety/security systems industry will be an added advantage

Salary: Depends on experience and interview performance (Negotiable for the right candidate).
