We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Executive for our Home Appliances division in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for home appliances.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the home appliances sector.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
