Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- 8 years of experience in a management consulting, vendor operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Experience with executive stakeholder management and written and verbal executive communication, both internally and externally.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving strategy in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, written/verbal communication and people management skills.

This GTM role would power the gTech Ads business, specifically Customer Experience. gTech Ads provides troubleshooting expertise across all Google Ads products to support our global Sales and Partnerships teams. We take a customer-centric, creative, and collaborative approach to provide excellent customer experience.
In this role, you will develop solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities. You will be at the forefront of building and driving these solutions while working closely with business teams, influencing the goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives and much more. Responsibilities
- Define, structure, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives for scaled vendor operations while acting as a strategic thought partner to the leadership.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.
- Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
- Partner with gTech Ads customer support leadership in end-to-end driving of strategic initiatives, including global priorities.
- Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives, removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
