Job Description

We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Professional to join our team and lead sales initiatives in the K12 education segment. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our education technology products and solutions to schools, school management, principals, parents and other key stakeholders in the K12 ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming education through technology and has a proven ability to build relationships and close deals in the education space.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, target, and onboard K12 schools (CBSE, ICSE, IB, State Board) for our EdTech products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as principals, directors, trustees, and teachers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and meetings both virtually and in person.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate product solutions to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead nurturing and continuous improvement of offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

14years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.

Strong understanding of the Indian K12 landscape.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for in-person meetings/events as required.

Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.

Compensation & Work details

  • Salary: 30,000/- to 75,000/- per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Mode: On-site (Ghatkopar West, Mumbai)

Start Date: Immediate joining
