ales Manager ( Nationalized banks)
To develop, manage, and grow business from Public Sector Banks (PSU/PSB) in __________ by promoting electronic security, surveillance, fire detection, access control, and monitoring solutions.
The role focuses on relationship-based consultative selling, tender participation, and key account management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities in PSU Banks, Regional/Circle/Zonal offices & other locations of the Bank.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Security Heads, IT/Operations Teams, Admin. Teams and Bank ManagementKey Skills & Experience
Min. 5 years Experience in BFSI / System Integration / Security Electronics / Fire & Safety industry
Strong understanding of:
CCTV, Intrusion/Burglar Alarms
Fire Alarm Systems
Access Control & Time Locks
Auto-dialers & Monitoring Platforms
Knowledge of Bank security guidelines (RBI / IBA / Insurance compliance)
Familiarity with tenders, empanelments, and PSU procurement processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work with project and service teams and manage multi-location deployments
Manage the entire sales cycle enquiry generation, solution presentation, techno-commercial discussions, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure
Coordinate and participate in EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender processes
Work closely with technical, projects, and service teams for solution design and delivery
Achieve monthly and annual revenue & margin targets
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans
Promote AMC, monitoring services, and device health management offerings
Track competition, pricing, and market trends
Ensure timely payment collection and documentation compliance
