Position : Business Development & Sales Manager (IT & Cybersecurity)

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities in IT, Cybersecurity, ISO Certification, Compliance, Cloud Security, VAPT, and Audit services.
• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across enterprise, government, manufacturing, healthcare, fintech, and other sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Handle complete business development lifecycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures.
• Coordinate with internal technical and consulting teams for solution alignment and project discussions.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth targets and revenue objectives.
• Participate in RFPs, tenders, capability presentations, and client discussions.
• Maintain strong market awareness of cybersecurity trends, compliance requirements, and industry demands.
• Ensure continuous business pipeline development and customer engagement
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in IT Services and Cybersecurity Sales.
• Good understanding of Cybersecurity, VAPT, Cloud Security, ISO 27001, Compliance, Audits, and Managed Security Services.
• Excellent business development, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to independently drive business opportunities and achieve measurable results.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented professional.
• Should possess a practical and execution-focused mindset with the ability to deliver outcomes and not just commitments.
