Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee advertising sales for the network's television channels, including identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with agencies and direct clients. The role involves developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and media plans, negotiating deals, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in media or advertising sales and managing key client accounts.
• Proficiency in negotiation, deal closure, and revenue forecasting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of television and digital/OTT advertising ecosystems, media planning concepts, and industry market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in standard office and CRM tools.
• Prior experience in the Indian broadcast or entertainment industry and familiarity with the Mumbai media market is highly beneficial.
