Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across media platforms
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Negotiate and close deals with agencies and direct clients
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in media sales
  • Strong understanding of the media ecosystem: digital, print, and broadcast
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Candidates must be located in Mumbai
