Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Haridwar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and providing regular reports to senior management. Additionally, the Sales Manager will ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of market trends and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
