Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Ghaziabad. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Among your duties will be leading, motivating, and managing a sales team, preparing sales forecasts, and creating strategies for market penetration. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competition to identify new avenues for growth and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including business development, lead generation, and meeting sales targets
  • Team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and strategy development
  • Knowledge of financial products, including business loans, machinery loans, and working capital management is preferred
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in financial services or NBFCs is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
