Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an Export Sales Manager. Responsibilities include developing and managing export sales strategies, identifying and pursuing international business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and distributors overseas, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, coordinating with production teams to meet client demands, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Business Planning, Export, and understanding of global trade regulations
  • Experience in Sales and International Sales development
  • Proficiency in International Business strategies and practices
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the heating solutions or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
