Moreover, RPE offers projects for facilities like STPs, ETPs, and WTPs as well as services focused on energy efficiency and technology upgrades.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, manage client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, providing feedback on market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong understanding of industrial solutions including STP, ETP, and wastewater management equipment
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, track client interaction, and deliver results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Prior experience in selling industrial equipment or solutions is advantageous
