Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities to meet organizational goals. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also involves understanding market trends and providing strategic insights to enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation
• An understanding of pneumatic components and automation solutions or experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven business decisions
• Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and travel occasionally for client visits
