Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts. Regular reporting and analysis of sales performance will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the biodegradable products market and packaging industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently and with a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
