Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Regional Sales Manager. The selected candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, achieve assigned sales targets, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, managing a team of sales professionals, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, the role involves regular reporting on sales progress and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
