Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Lead / Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or digital transformation offerings to BFSI and NBFC clients. The role involves driving new business acquisition, managing key enterprise accounts, and expanding strategic relationships within banking and financial services organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities within BFSI and NBFC segments.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, lead generation, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Digital Transformation leaders, and Procurement teams.
  • Understand client business challenges and position appropriate IT solutions.

Solution Selling

  • Collaborate with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design customized solutions.
  • Position offerings such as digital transformation, cloud services, data analytics, cybersecurity, application development, or managed services.

Account Expansion

  • Drive account mining and upselling/cross-selling within existing BFSI/NBFC accounts.
  • Identify new stakeholders and expand footprint within large enterprise accounts.

Market & Strategy

  • Track BFSI/NBFC market trends, regulatory changes, and technology adoption patterns.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams for product and service enhancements.

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–12+ years of experience in IT services/software sales.
  • Strong exposure to BFSI and NBFC clients (banks, insurance companies, fintech, lending institutions).
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
  • Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, data, or enterprise IT services.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (ZohoCRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
