The Real Job Description.
  • You lead and manage a team of BD reps who fill quarterly cohort seats.
  • Your north star is one thing: every class runs full, every quarter, without fail.
  • You own the full enrolment pipeline from lead to confirmed booking.
  • You coach the BD team on outreach, follow-ups, and conversion - not just monitor them.
  • CRM is your command center. Pipelines are clean, activity is tracked, and forecasts are accurate.
  • You work closely with the founder to align sales targets with cohort capacity and launch timelines.
What We Need From You
  • 5+ years in sales, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or high-volume B2C environments.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
  • Strong CRM discipline - Zoho or equivalent.
  • Data-driven mindset. You know your numbers and your team's numbers at any given moment.
  • Self-starter. No one will remind you to chase the pipeline.
  • Excellent communication - you'll be speaking to working professionals, freshers, and career switchers daily.
