Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving monthly new membership sales targets in line with company objectives while leading and managing the Membership Sales Team. The role focuses on driving prospecting activities, ensuring sales process adherence, maintaining sales integrity, coaching team members, and maximizing revenue and member retention.

  • Achieve Individual & Team Monthly sales targets
  • Drive Daily prospecting activities (Contacts, appointments, presentations, followups)
  • Ensure Effective execution of the fitness first sales process
  • Coach and train Membership Consultants to improve conversion and productivity.
  • Monitor sales ratios, team performance, and activity benchmarks.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in membership documentation and pricing communication.
  • Maintain daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Support marketing campaigns, referral drives, and local outreach activities.
  • Build strong member relationships to enhance retention and referrals.

Requirements

  • 48 years of sales experience (preferably in fitness, retail, or service industry).
  • 13 years of team handling experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills.
  • Target-driven with good analytical and reporting ability.
  • Flexible to work weekends and extended hours as required.
