Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and achieving sales targets through effective management of inside sales executives and team leaders. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and fluency in Punjabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales executives and team leaders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, provide coaching, and drive productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Delhi market.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with senior management to align sales objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in consumer internet or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Fluency in Punjabi is a must; knowledge of Hindi/English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work on weekends (Sat & Sun) with one rotational off per week.
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- 4-9 years of work experience
