Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Jaipur for the role of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring the sales team, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, handling customer inquiries, and driving business development efforts to expand our client base. Position Gurgaon base.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution
- Experience in market analysis, prospecting new clients, and delivering sales presentations
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and related tools
- Understanding of industrial products, including water treatment solutions, power plant equipment, and related services, is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
