This role is for a Branch Sales Manager to identify and execute sales growth opportunities, primarily in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate is a proactive and aggressive salesperson with experience in secured products, responsible for driving sales targets, expanding the channel network, and building a high-performance sales culture.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Market Segmentation & Business Generation: Segment the market to identify potential direct clients. Generate business by offering customized loan structures that meet client requirements and ensure profitable margins.
- Relationship Building & Sales Target Achievement: Deliver on sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships within the DSA/DST/Connector network. Conduct regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients to source business.
- Process & Channel Expansion: Drive faster Turnaround Times (TATs) for loan sanctioning by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Use this to expand the channel presence and customer base.
- Sales Operations & Performance: Track and report on sales operations and productivity metrics. Actively participate in initiatives and contests to boost overall sales performance and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.
Skills & Competencies
- Aggressive sales approach.
- Good knowledge of sales in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), or other secured products.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and a go-getter attitude.
Qualifications & Experience
- Any graduate degree.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Home Loans or LAP/Mortgage.
