Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves leading negotiation processes, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance sales effectiveness. In addition, the Sales Manager will mentor and manage a team to achieve individual and collective goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy, business development, and relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring market trends and identifying key growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Team leadership experience and ability to foster collaboration within teams
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in finance, manufacturing, or supply chain industries is an advantage.
  • Individual hunting roll and manage the AUM with the portfolio
