About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to help with the sales at SPA Ecocity.
Responsibilities
- Already worked in and is well-versed with the Sarjapur/Hosur/Attibele micro-markets
- Prior knowledge of sales experience with plotted developments or gated villa communities
- Understand SPA Group and Ecocity's ethos to be able to sell to the correct clientele
- Give the clients an experience of the community, highlighting the key amenities and differentiators
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Understand and embody the language of luxury or affordable luxury
- Acquire new clients and continue the conversation (lead generation and customer retention)
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, like channel partners
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- Obtain referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Knowledge of CRM softwares and tools and able to update CRM databases
Qualifications
- Masters/Bachelors (BSc/BA) Degree in Marketing/ Marketing Management/ Sales/Communications/ CSP (certified sales professional)/ Business Administration
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales
- Travel to the communities/site (Sarjapur/Hosur area) and other client meetings as required
- Saturday and Sunday compulsory at project/community site as per industry standards
- Must possess their own vehicle
- Fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada/Tamil is a plus
- Good negotiation and collaboration skills
- Well groomed and presentable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in both
- Good emotional quotient and ability to understand and read situations
- Must be well-organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
