Job Title : Software Solutions Sales Manager
Job Location Bangalore
As a Software Solutions Sales Manager, you will be single-handedly responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, solution-based selling, and relationship management. You will work closely with Solution Architects and Technology Product teams to position our digital and software offerings to enterprise clients, government bodies, businesses and consultants in the Ground Transportation & Logistics space.
Key Responsibilities :-
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify high-potential leads across target verticals such as (e.g., Mobility, IT/ITES, Corporate Transport, Logistics, etc.)
Execute structured outreach using cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn, industry events and networking forums
Conduct field scouting and market research to identify new demand pockets and corporate opportunities
Sales Presentations & Consultative Selling
Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client pain points, operational gaps and business objectives
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations and solution walkthroughs tailored to customer stakeholder personas
Collaborate with Solution Architects / Product Teams to co-create proposals, scope documentation and solution recommendations
Sales & Pipeline Management
Build, maintain and execute territory/account-wise sales plans and funnel strategy
Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates on leads, opportunities, activities and engagement outcomes
Track pipeline health, forecast revenue and present performance metrics to leadership periodically Ensure consistent follow-ups and sales hygiene discipline throughout the deal lifecycle
Target Achievement & Revenue Growth
Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Drive proposal negotiations, commercials and contract closures through stakeholder alignment
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts to maximise revenue potential
Client Relationship & Account Management
Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key decision makers
(Example: CXOs, CRE Heads, CIOs, Facility/Transport Managers, Procurement Leaders, etc.)
Conduct periodic business reviews to reinforce value delivery and sustain customer satisfaction
Support renewal cycles, expansions and multi-location rollouts to ensure account longevity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback to refine GTM strategies and product roadmap
Requirements :-
Experience: 510 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Ground Transportation, or Accounting Technologies.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of full-cycle enterprise sales and target achievement.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automation, facility management, and digital transformation trends.
Tools Proficiency: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven sales practices is a must.
Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Mindset: Strategic hunter with a consultative approach and a passion for solving client challenges.
