Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling Cybersecurity Services, SOC (Security Operations Center), NOC (Network Operations Center), Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, or related technology services.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the cybersecurity and managed services market. This is an onsite role and requires regular interaction with prospects, customers, and internal technical teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Cybersecurity, SOC, NOC, Managed Services, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure domains.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and partner channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, SMBs, and channel partners.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
Understand customer security and infrastructure requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations.
Work closely with technical, pre-sales, SOC, NOC, and operations teams to design customer solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity opportunities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Cybersecurity, SOC, NOC, Managed Services, Cloud, Networking, or IT Infrastructure solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including SOC, SIEM, MDR, XDR, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, and Network Security.
Experience selling managed services, IT solutions, cloud services, or cybersecurity services is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience handling enterprise accounts and engaging with IT Managers, CISOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Existing network of customers in the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
Experience working with MSP, MSSP, SOC, NOC, cloud, or infrastructure service providers.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
