Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve business targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, monitoring market trends, training and mentoring team members, and promoting the company's insurance products and services.
