Role Description

The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to promote hotel services including rooms, events, and dining facilities. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with the marketing team for promotions. The individual will also participate in client meetings, market research, and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, strategize, and achieve targets.
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in hotel operations and services, including knowledge of hotel facilities and event management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields is preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel sales is a must.
• good knowlege of bhubaneswar market.
