Job brief: Sales Manager

We are looking for a Young/Dynamic/ Well-spoken and charismatic Sales Manager/Team Lead/ Channel Partner for our Amberstone Properties-Construction Company with experience of 4 to 10 yrs who have relevant pure experience in Real estate /Construction Company who would be developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with client and achieve revenue targets, while also building strong client relationships and staying updated on company trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Prospect and manage sales leads.

Ensure that budgets, forecasts, and reports are maintained.

Oversee and manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Implement and maintain CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activities and performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of real estate construction industry and market dynamic
