Your Role

The Quality Services team (LS-QS) is the face to customer and dedicated to solving customer problems by providing support for inquiries and knowledge management, strategic accounts, customer agreements, and process development. LS-BER-Q, extended part of global Quality Services (LS-QS) team, supports the various functions internally. This position will support the Life Science Quality Services team at SBS and is responsible for monitoring and supervising team members to achieve the organization's objectives. He/she will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the deliverables for the below team/processes operated from SBS for supporting the global QS team,
  • Customer Inquiry & Knowledge Management
  • Quality Agreement, Change Notification & Change Notification Commitment
  • Motivating and support the team to achieve functional and organizational goals.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Planning training for team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Develop employees.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews along with the Global Managers for each team members
  • Creating a pleasant working environment at SBS that inspires the team.

Who You Are

  • Above 8-10 years of experience in Quality and regulatory topics, with good track records of team members and stakeholder management.
  • Post-graduation MSc/Mpharma/MS or Phd in science background.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Confidence and skilful negotiating skills
  • Computer literate
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
  • Direct customer interfacing /interaction is an added advantage.
  • People management skills
  • Computer skills including experience with further MS Office applications and maybe database software
  • Good understanding of relevant quality and regulatory standards
  • Possess a good knowledge of products and industry applications
  • Ability to interact in a global team, in a matrixed organization
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Mindset and skills for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Company policy.
